Hi, I’m Jenny!
I’m a licensed massage therapist(LMT) and a Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist (CNMT) located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
My journey with massage therapy started in 2023 when I was training for my first half marathon. My legs were in pain from the training and nothing seemed to help. Someone suggested I should try massage therapy. That first massage changed my life! I walked out of that office with significant relief. Less than a year later I enrolled at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy.
I believe that healing starts with feeling safe, listened to, and feeling genuinely cared for. My approach to massage therapy is rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy and the nervous system, allowing me to tailor each session.
Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, recovering from an injury or simply needing space to unwind, I offer a thoughtful, whole-body approach that supports the physical and mental well-being. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where your body can soften, reset, and begin to heal.
When I'm not massaging, I love to spend my time gardening, hiking, cooking, crafting, playing pickleball and learning to mountain bike!

Located in Old North End
My office space is located in a historic old building on the second floor. The stairs can be tricky due to their steepness. If you need extra assistance navigating the stairway, I am happy to assist.
There is free parking on the both Weber and Monument.
Cancellation and No Show Policy: Cancellations require at least a 24 hour notice. Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 24 hour notice will be billed the full price of the scheduled session. Emergencies, illnesses, and inclement weather do happen. These are to be reviewed case by case.
Late Arrival Policy: As a courtesy to other clients, each massage must start and end at the scheduled time. The session will not be extended if you arrive late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session is automatically cancelled and the full price of the session will be billed.
